Our first Update!!!

Well, I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas!  New Years is just around the corner!  I'm excited to see so many people are eager to get together!  It should be a great time!  I've got a lot of great ideas coming in and some wonderful people to help out with all the fun and memories!

So, to give you all a couple updates... I have indeed found a venue that I think is going to work out perfect for this!  I am trying to stay close to home, which has proven quite difficult to find a venue that will hold all of us!  But, at last I think I have succeeded! :)  You may be wondering where that is....  Well, I'm not going to tell you quite yet!  Primarily because I need to know if we are going to 1. Need this big of a venue and 2. If we are going to be able to afford it as well.

I've also found us someone to cater for the event!  The menu choices will soon be available first as a poll and then as a choice.  Mostly I want to see what you would all like to eat for dinner, then we'll follow up with your choices to choose from.

Lastly, and probably the biggest thing right now, is we are just trying to get everyone together!  I've got a committee put together who will be helping us gather your information.  Primarily right now all we need to gather is your name, your physical address, and your e-mail.  Now this information will only be available to myself and two other people, for the sole purpose of contacting you for the Class Reunion.  I have a specific e-mail account that is set up just for addresses.  I will include it below.  With that being said, our goal is to have everyone contacted at the latest by the end of February.  So.... here is where I need your help!!  We need to try and get a hold of everyone in our class!  If you can PLEASE pass the word along and get everyone to this site, that would be great!  Eventually we will probably have a contest, but for now we are just trying to get the word out!!

I appreciate everyone's help in this!  Please let me know if you have any questions or comments!! I will keep you all updated as changes occur!  Also, don't forget to vote on the side bar!!  Keep in mind with the price, this is a MAX price you would pay!  Of course I want to keep it low, but depending on how many people confirm, the venue, the food, the entertainment, and extras will depend on our price!

10 Year Class Reunion!!!!

Welcome to Pleasant Grove High School's Class of 2002 blog!  Well, it's been almost 10 years since we all graduated High School and moved on to bigger and better things!  I hope that you all have enjoyed the time like I have!  But, I do have to admit, I do miss the simple High School days at times!  Ya know, when all we had to worry about was who liked who, if we remembered to do our homework, what we were going to wear to PROM, and what we wanted to do when we grew up.  Now we've all grown up and have to think about bills, kids, jobs, and all the things that we really didn't think we'd have to deal with!  But, I wouldn't trade it!

So, here we are 10 years later!  Probably all of us have lost touch with at least a couple of our friends and are wondering where they are now!  With that being said.... I must say it is time for a reunion!!

I hadn't heard anything from anyone about whether or not we were going to have a 10 year reunion!  So, I decided, why not put it on!  Now, you may think I'm crazy for taking on such a big event, but.... Okay, you're right!  I am!  But, I do promise you I will give it my best!

We do have a Facebook Event and Group set up for all of you to join.  But, if you aren't apart of that website, then here's just one more resource for you to use!!  We will be using this site quite a bit!  I'll be posting Questionnaires, Updates, and much much more!  For our tickets, you will be able to buy them on here and we will be using PayPal to do so!  Once I have a committee fully formed, I will provide contact information for everyone involved in case you have any questions!

I look forward to seeing you all and catching up!!  If you have any questions or would like to help, please feel free to contact me!  E-mail will probably be the easiest as for right now.  I am currently living in Hawaii and my schedule varies every day!  But, don't let that stop you from contacting me!!
